Here’s what happened, per Lehigh Valley Live:
The players went into the off-campus home in early November, according to Githens, to seek retribution for the assault of a fraternity president. The problem is (aside from the alleged assault) they attacked the wrong house. The victim had nothing to do with the initial assault on the president.
The others just stood by and yelled during the attack, court records say. Parsons also urinated in a refrigerator in the home, the records show, but he is not criminally charged with anything other than trespass.
The next preliminary hearing for the six players is scheduled for Dec. 30.
