Even after Pokimane and Jidion announced a collaboration, which to many was symbolic of that drama ending, Pokimane has still not yet buried the hatched with Ninja. This comes as a result of Ninja refusing to apologize over his actions during the hate raid, as he does not believe he has need to apologize. Jessica Blevins, Ninja’s wife and former manager, had a back-and-forth with Pokimane, which eventually ended in her threatening legal action over defamation.

Jessica Blevins recently announced she would be stepping down from her role as Ninja’s manager, stating that now seemed the perfect time to build her own brand. Ninja already has a replacement manager lined up, and though the name of that person hasn’t been revealed yet, it is someone that Blevins trusts deeply. Pokimane later took to her Twitch stream to voice her opinions on the matter.
Speaking on her stream, Pokimane voiced her thoughts on Blevins stepping down, though rather than speaking on the situation as a whole, Pokimane related it to her drama with the other popular streamer. In a short clip, Pokimane mutes herself on discord so that she can make a statement on the matter. Pokimane criticized Blevins, who in an article following her decision to step down she stated “empathy is my superpower,” which Pokimane found hypocritical considering the lack of an apology she has so far received.
This is not the first time Pokimane has made a controversial comment about Ninja. She stated towards the end of 2021 that she believed xQc, another streamer, was more valuable to Twitch than Ninja. While Ninja once used to rule the platform easily with the most viewers, other streamers such as xQc have consistently knocked him from the top spot. However, Ninja still remains an incredibly popular streamer, and from how Jessica Blevins has spoken on building her brand, it may be on the cards that she’ll be a popular streamer in the future too.
