The franchise’s branding can be found digitally as movies or animated series, and even physically through the Pokemon TCG, various fashion and lifestyle collaborations, or official merchandise. On TikTok, user blackkyurem700_2.0 created a short compilation video of six of the legendary Pokemon found across the different video games. The Tiktok user used the models of the Pokemon from Sword and Shield, to showcase the 3D versions of the legendaries. Most fans will likely recall Sword and Shield as one of the latest Pokemon games to hit the portable Nintendo Switch console. After briefly showing the 3D versions, the video cuts to the pixel version of the actual encounter with said Pokemon, each from their respective titles.

The original poster put focus on the legendaries Ho-Oh and Lugia from Gold and Silver, Groudon and Kyogre from Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire, and finally, Dialga and Palkia from Diamond and Pearl. Many fans were likely disappointed at the absence of the other legendary Pokemon in the original poster’s video. However, given the sheer number of legendaries found across the many Pokemon games, it would likely be difficult to fit them all into one short TikTok video.
Nevertheless, fans should not worry as TikTok user blackkyurem700_2.0 labeled the Pokemon video with the words “Part 1.” This may indicate that they have every intention to upload more footage featuring the other legendary Pokemon that can be found within Sword and Shield. That is, if they are actually able to catch all of the legendaries across both game versions, and within the several expansion passes. With the amount of content to get through within the game, it may be a while until another video is shared with the community.
