The Victini code is W0RLD22V1CT0RY. The was shared during a stream of the Pokemon World Championships and can only be redeemed in-game until August 21, 2022.

How to Redeem the Victini Code in Pokemon Sword and Shield
Now, to actually use the code in Pokemon Sword and Shield, players will need to have a save file and must have gotten past the opening of the game. They’ll need to use the Mystery Gift option in the settings and then follow these directions to get Victini:
Open the Menu with the X button. Press Mystery Gift and choose to Get a Mystery Gift. Now press Get with Code/Password. Input W0RLD22V1CT0RY. Choose the Victini Gift. Victini will now appear in the players’ party. If the party is full, it should pop up in the player’s Pokemon storage on a PC.
Victini Stats/Info
The special Victini that players will receive will be at level 50, holding a Starf Berry, which raises a Pokemon’s stats when it’s in a pinch during battle.
Victini knows the following moves:
V-create A Fire-type move that has 180 Power. Lowers the user’s Speed, Sp. Def, and Defense stats. Zen Headbutt A Psychic-type move that has 80 Power. It may make the target flinch. Work Up A Normal-type move that increases the user’s Attack and Sp. Atk. Flame Charge A Fire-type move that has 50 Power. Raises the user’s Speed.
