Khu’s tweet is quite simple in its format, as it states “Titan V,” and then the Japanese name of the aforementioned manga, hinting at the villains in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Crows is a manga about a group of “bad boys” who are in high school, and the link to Pokemon Scarlet and Violet could be twofold. One way to see it is that Khu is revealing the name of the villainous team in Generation 9, which could be something like Team Crow, as this follows the same format as other games in the series.

The other interpretation is more likely to be the correct one, though, and it’s tied to the fact that Pokemon Scarlet and Violet’s themes involve that of schools and students. The next logical step is that the Crows manga is a way to allude to villains who are students from high school, whereas the protagonist in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet is a younger kid.
