Fletchling’s final evolution, Talonflame, has a history as one of the most overpowered Pokemon in franchise history. Hoothoot is one of 112 flying Pokemon available and evolves into Noctowl at level 20. The character was introduced to the franchise in Generation 2, to which the Pokemon Gold, Silver, and Crystal games belong.
