The dedicated group of Pokemon fans that developed the game announced its demise on Twitter earlier today. Apparently, the team decided to end support for Pokemon Uranium because there is a “limit” to how far fan games can go, and they would like to move on to new projects. Whether or not Nintendo’s legal notices played a role in the decision or not is anyone’s guess. After Nintendo managed to get Pokemon Uranium pulled from the web, fans were still sharing download links with each other, and the developers still supported the game with updates and online functionality....

Poker and its legality Mutha approached the High Court for crushing the criminal charges against him. Mutha stated, the police did not specify that he was playing poker at the raided premises. Speaking further in his defense, he mentioned that poker is a skill game exempt from the provisions of gaming or gambling under Section 13 of the Delhi Public Gambling Act, even if it involves stakes. Mutha has contested the charges by citing examples of the state of Nagaland and, the West Bengal Gambling and Prize Competition Act, 1957, and the Karnataka High Court also....

According to the long-running Pokemon fan site Serebii, Nintendo has made just such claims, alongside a handful of additional information about included assist beasts. For the past 41 years, Terrell’s body found outside Las Vegas had been referred to in investigations as “Arroyo Grande Jane Doe” after the desert area in which she was found. Henderson police Captain Jonathan Boucher said Terrell was last seen at a restaurant with a white man and woman after being dropped off at the state fair in Roswell, New Mexico. One week later on Oct. 5, her body was found in Nevada naked, stabbed, and with evidence of blunt force trauma to her head....

The clip involving a Fairfield Police officer is being widely shared on social media, although the incident is from October 2020, reported KRON. The video shows police attempting to detain two women. One of the women’s legs can then be seen being lifted off the ground as a male officer throws her onto the road. The woman who is filming the arrest then repeatedly screams “oh my god” as the other woman appears to be unconscious on the ground....

Paradox Pokemon in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet come in two forms, Future and Ancient. As evidenced in a press release from The Pokemon Company, the mythical Magearna is an event-only Legendary Pokemon in the games. Interestingly enough, the creature is to be caught in a different way than any other Event Pokemon, with others possibly receiving the same treatment down the line in the Pokemon Sun and Moon titles. In order to retrieve Magearna, fans must first complete the main story, then choose the QR Scanner function, line up the QR code for Magearna while pressing the R Button, and then visit the deliveryman at the Antiquities of the Ages shop in Hau’oli City to get the creature, and finally, save the game....

First up is Passimian. Dubbed the “teamwork Pokemon,” Passimian apparently live in large groups that follow one leader. Discerning Pokemon trainers will be most interested in Passimian’s ability, Receiver, which allows Passimian to inherit the ability of its ally that fainted in battle. Passimian, which is a Fighting-type Pokemon, will only be available in Pokemon Sun. Pokemon Moon players, however, will get their own exclusive Pokemon to work with. The second Pokemon title will be inhabited by the Normal/Psychic-type Pokemon Oranguru....

In a recent tweet by Serebii.net, a picture of the latest issue of CoroCoro reveals 2 Pokemon that will add to the list of new creatures set to make their debut appearance in Pokemon Sun and Moon. [HTML1] The creature on the left has the Japanese name Kiterugama and is a Normal/Fighting-type with the abilities Fluffy and Klutz. The other Pokemon is named Mimikkyu, a Ghost/Fairy-type that has the Disguise ability....
